Angela Choberka – Ogden City Council District 1

I am excited to be running for re-election to the Ogden City Council to represent District 1 and continuing the work we’ve been engaged in for the past four years. If you don’t know me yet, I have lived in Ogden for 16 years; I am married and have two children: Olivia (19) and Luca (13). I completed my Masters Degree in English at Weber State University (Go Wildcats!) and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah. I work every single day toward the goal of ensuring people have equitable opportunities to pursue their dreams while living healthy lives that allow them to reach their full potential. The community we live in is unique in so many different ways, offering the possibility for each individual to work together to improve it. We are not such a big city that individuals get lost in the conversation, but we are a vibrant city filled with diverse people who care enough to invest their time and money to build on the city’s historical foundation toward the best life experiences for us all.
