Rebecca Wingster is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience and is currently the Director of
Operations for her family company based out of Draper, Utah, where she currently resides. Rebecca has
a master’s degree in health administration with an undergraduate in Nursing. Rebecca’s goals are to
continue growing the family company as well as continue working as a Registered Nurse. Rebecca is a
powerful force in her workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to grow their family
business, work as a nurse and encourage others to work hard to succeed. Rebecca is inspired daily by
her husband, their children, and grandchildren. In her free time Rebecca likes to be spend time with
family and friends and loves her fur-babies!

Rebecca has a great passion for the underserved and seniors in the community. Rebecca actively
donates to homeless shelters whenever possible and in previous nursing roles, advocated for senior
citizens to efficiently maximize utilization of healthcare services. With Rebecca’s transformational
leadership skills paired with her talent to energize teams, she gets the job done!
